We spend every summer at
our house in San Diego and the rest of the year we live in
Japan. As such we rent our house out for the 10
month period we are not here. We can rent it either
furnished or semi-furnished. It has 5 bedrooms, living, dining, family room, kitchen, breakfast nook. There is a grass lawn in front, and the backyard is a low maintenance backyard. This will save you a couple of hundred dollars a month on the water bill. There is a 3 car garage and we leave our car in one space. There is also an RV parking space on the side and enough driveway space for 6 more cars. |

The rent is $4400 a month. Due to the fires in San Diego, we are offering special discount if you are sombody we know in our ward or stake. Please ask Bishop Davies about the price. 3200 square feet furnished for this price is the best deal in San Diego.
We could go lower if we think you'll take care of it cause this
is not a rental this is our home. There is a deposit of
one month's rent. We will not accept smokers in the house so if
you smoke don't call. If you have a dog, it is OK if they are an outside pet, there will be an
additional deposit and there will be professional
carpet/furniture cleaning and duct cleaning etc. that will
automatically come out of the pet deposit. Pets are usually
good, but they shed ........ |
